A. Validity & Scope

1. Membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of registration and is available for renewal at the prevailing rate.
2. The benefits are valid across all parks, catering to different ages:
   • Pororo Park Indonesia: Primarily 0–6 years.
   • Tayo Station Bintaro: Primarily 4–12 years.
   • SuperPark Indonesia (Pondok Indah Mall & Puri Indah Mall): Primarily 7 years and above.
3. Membership is registered under the named individual, valid for one (1) person only, and is strictly non-transferrable.

B. Usage & Benefits

1. Discount privileges (including ticket, F&B, and activities) are strictly limited to one (1) transaction per day.
2. Members may access the facilities according to the regular operating hours of the respective park.
3. The membership grants a discount on the named member’s ticket price.
   • Tayo Station & Pororo Park: Guests must be accompanied by one (1) guardian aged 17 or above whose admission is included in the child’s ticket purchase.
   • SuperPark: Guests 7 years and older may enter alone; children under 7 years require a guardian aged 17 or above, who must purchase a separate ticket.

C. Termination & Compliance

1. Membership cancellations can be made at any time, but without any refund of the registration fee or unused portion of the membership.
2. Members are required to strictly follow the House Rules and safety guidelines applicable at all DreamUs Indonesia Playgrounds.

1. Subscription is valid only at Tayo Station Bintaro.
2. Subscription is activated under the child’s name, valid for one person only, and is strictly non-transferrable.
3. Subscription fees must be paid via a valid Credit Card only. Other payment methods (cash, debit, e-wallet) are not accepted for the monthly fee as for now, we are truly sorry.

B. Access & Commitment

1. Subscription requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the date of activation.
2. The subscription includes free unlimited visits to Tayo Station during its validity, including Weekday, Weekend, and Public Holiday access.
3. Standard playtime per visit is two (2) hours. Extensions of extra IDR 10,000 to upgrade to unlimited/3 hours can be purchased, subject to park capacity.
4. This offer is not applicable for special event bookings (e.g., birthday parties, school trips).
5. The child’s subscription includes entry for one (1) mandatory accompanying adult per visit at Tayo Station Bintaro.

C. Termination & Compliance

1. Subscription cancellations can be made, but without any refund of the registration fee or any monthly fees already paid (including the minimum 3-month commitment).
2. Subscribers are required to strictly follow the House Rules and safety guidelines applicable at Tayo Station Bintaro.
