1. Where is Tayo Station Indonesia located?

Tayo Station is located on the 1st Floor of Lotte Mall Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. You can find our exact address and directions on the Contact Us page.

2. Where is the nearest car park or drop-off point?

  • Car Park: Parking is widely available on the Ground (G), Basement, and upper levels of the mall building.
  • Drop-Off: The most convenient drop-off point is at the Main Lobby entrance. From there, take the travelator up one level (1st Floor); Tayo Station will be straight ahead at the end of the alley.

3. How can I get there using public transport?

The nearest public transport station is KRL Jurang Mangu Station. From the station, a ride-hailing service is recommended (approximately 10 minutes) to reach Lotte Mall Bintaro

4. How can I book my play session?

1) Online Booking: Purchase tickets through our partnered Online Travel Agent (OTA), Traveloka. The direct link is available on our Tickets page.

2) Walk-In: Purchase tickets directly at the counter upon arrival.

5. How do I choose my time slot?

When booking online, you will first select your preferred date, and then choose from the available time slots (e.g., 10:00, 13:00, 16:00) before proceeding to payment.

Our operating hours are typically 10:00 WIB to 22:00 WIB daily. Please check the Tickets page before booking for any specific changes or seasonal schedules.

7. Can I make a reservation over the counter? What if I did not pre-book?

Yes, you may purchase tickets at the counter. However, please note that entry is subject to availability and the park’s remaining capacity for your desired time slot.

8. Is re-entry allowed during the play session?

Limited re-entry is permitted for restroom use only. Your wristband must remain intact, and please note that your playtime clock continues while you are outside the park.

9. If I purchased the 2-hour ticket but wish to change to the 3-hour ticket on the day of visit, is it possible?

Technically, you can extend your play if capacity allows. Stay as long as you like and simply pay the extra hour charge when you check out.

10. Can I bring in outside food and drinks?

No, outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the play area to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. You can purchase a variety of snacks and beverages at the Seoul Cafe inside the park.

11. How is your cleaning and sanitisation conducted?

We strictly follow high hygiene standards. Play areas are regularly spot-cleaned throughout the day, and deep cleaning and sanitisation occur after operating hours every day.

12. What payment methods are accepted in the park?

Tayo Station is 100% cashless. For your convenience, we accept all major contactless payment methods, including QRIS, Credit/Debit Card, and E-wallets (e.g., GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay) at both the ticket counter and Seoul Cafe. Cash is not accepted.

Restrooms are located nearby! You can find clean, accessible mall restrooms on the same floor as Tayo Station.

Only grip socks are allowed in the play area, not regular socks, as regular socks are too slippery. You are welcome to bring your own grip socks or purchase a new pair at our counter.

16. Does Tayo Station recycle or collect back used grip socks?

No, due to hygiene concerns, we do not recycle or collect back used grip socks. Please keep them for use on your future visits.
