To ensure a safe, fun, and fair experience for every child and family, please follow these simple guidelines.

Safety & Supervision

• Management reserves the right to remove non-compliant guests without refund.
• Rides and equipment are for individual use only. Adults are strictly prohibited from riding with a child unless otherwise specified.
• All staff must be treated with respect. Hurtful comments or gestures will not be tolerated.
• Guests will be charged for damages caused by misuse. A sanitization charge may be imposed for clean-up incidents (e.g., vomiting or spills).

Entry & Ticketing

• Grip socks are mandatory for all children and adults. Bring your own or purchase at the counter.
• Strictly no swapping of adults allowed. Additional adults will be charged the prevailing admission fee according to price policy.
• Re-entry is strictly limited to essential restroom use only. Your wristband must remain intact, and playtime continues while you are outside.
• Strictly no outside food or drinks are allowed, except for specific baby food or medical needs

Conduct & Facility Use

• Parents, teachers, or guardians must supervise their children at all times.
• Guests exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness (such as persistent cough, fever, or vomiting) will be refused entry or removed from the park without refund for the safety of all visitors.
• By entering, guests acknowledge our safety guidelines and waiver. DreamUs Edutainment Indonesia is not responsible for injuries arising from misuse or for lost property.

Operations & Rights

• DreamUs Edutainment Indonesia reserves the right to revise rules, alter operating hours, or shorten playtime without prior notice.
• DreamUs Edutainment Indonesia reserves the right to use onsite images and videos for professional and marketing purposes.
